I order thru app and said I can drive thru to pick it up just say my name but they told me they can't do that in that store and next time to go inside and they will make it quick for me. They weren't rude tho. Chicken sandwich was bomb 💣

Excellent service. You can even go inside to make your order to go. I'm hooked!

This restaurant has awesome service as well as enjoyable meals. My favourite restaurant in the area. The food came out quick and the rates are fair. Will definitely recommend this place.

Although i love Popeyes, i must say check your order before leaving drive through. ... its not the firs time they mess up my order, i wasn't going to post but maybe this way they pay a little more attention and less play while at the drive through window, the cashier was a good sport and all, but it seemed like he was having a little too much fun with the coworkers unfortunately i was already home by the time i notice what was missing in my order.. just a little more attention on checking orders before handing them over to the customer. Thank you.

Came in around 630pm, I believe the cashier's name is Eric he was outstanding..it was a busy evening and he acknowledged all customers that came in with a smile. He also thanked every single one for their patience. He went beyond to make sure we all left happy.

The food was good, but the staff wasn't very friendly. Not one smile.

So I placed an order for delivery and paid for the meal and a half gallon of the sweet tea. Food was delivered but no sweet tea. I showed the GrubHub driver that the drink was missing and she told me to call Popeyes and they'd send someone else with the drink. I talked to some guy who was very rude about the situation and his response was "what do you want me to do about it?" He said "I can come down there and pick it up no problem" my response was I'm at work hence me using the delivery service. Then he just hung up on me. This happened at approximately 11:55 on Wednesday August 12th. This is unacceptable for customer service.

Chicken is crispy, juicy, tender and full of flavor (spicy chicken is a little salty for my taste buds).Mashed potatoes are moist and have a smooth texture. Biscuits are a little salty for my taste buds but are soft and buttery.

Great service. If chicken just cooked juicy! Always good popcorn shrimp and management is not skimpy on giving you sauces like McDonald's. An alternative to fast food for about the same price.

Need to say the food was very fresh with all the Covid19 going on and going through a drive up window worth the wait.

Waiting for long time for order. Chicken was really greasy and batter wasn't cook very well. I was very dispointed. I will not returning back to that location.

Tasty chicken sandwich. The spicy sandwich was SUPER spicy. The staff is super friendly but they really need to hire more people at this location for the volume of people that try to eat here.The lines are way too long here always!

This was my first Popeyes experience... I was driving out to California and was hankering for some chicken strips. I stopped here and the woman at the window was so pleasant and friendly.... She made me feel very welcome even though I was just passing through. The biscuit was probably the best I've ever had and the spicy tenders hit the spot perfectly! I will definitely be back when I pass though again!

Love that Popeye's Chicken! Spicy chicken sandwich with pickles and fries, you are speaking my language! Lovely staff, and clean restaurant. Got there just before the lunch rush, and the place filled up fast. I like their food better than KFC, but just my opinion. Try it for yourself. (:

Would rate 1 star but the lady behind the counter was nice at least. I should have noticed and issue when my friend got his order before I did even though I had ordered first, and we got basically the same thing. I thought nothing of it and sat and waited. Though several orders and about 25 minutes later I walked up and said something. The lady apologized and said they where making more chicken sandwiches and i would get mine soon. About 15 more minutes and i finally get my order which i had to make to-go because we where gonna be late to an event I just grabbed it and left only to find that they gave me a regular instead of a spicy. Needless to say I think ill pass on this location and wait for the Chick-fil-A

We were welcomed in right as they were opening. The person helping us was as courteous to us as to the staff. It was amazing to see. The food was super fresh, hot, and tasty. One of my favorite Popeye's experiences ever.

Tonight we went to try the chicken Sandwich. I was amazed at the professionalism of the manager and staff. Communication with customers, and outstanding service with the line out the door. We will definitely be back.

I went here once. It took forever to the get the order and when I did it was so bad that I actually had wished I was still waiting (for something decent). That was my introduction to Popeye's and that will be the last time I ever go to a Popeye's. Saying it was a horrible experience is an understatement. If you like waiting a long time only to receive absolute trash for food, and I really do mean trash (my dog wouldn't even eat it), then by all means go here. If you expect to receive something worth your money with decent service then avoid this place like the plague.

Finally decided to find out what all the hype was about regarding their chicken sandwich. Well people, it's just a chicken sandwich. Mine was a bit dry with very little dressing. Maybe that's how it's supposed to be served but not really sure how long it sat under the lights and possibly in the bag. You do get a lot and I mean a lot of fries with your order, enough for two people. Parking is convenient and restrooms are clean. As for the service, welllll, the young lady behind the register was very friendly but the man handing out the food needs to smile and at least pretend he appreciates our business($$$). The line was to the door by the time we left and with only one register I'm sure those people had a very long wait. If you go, it needs to be before noon or after 130 otherwise you're in for a very long wait. I do want to go back and try a chicken dinner, maybe that's juicier.

I’ve always come here because this place is in my neighborhood. Sometimes they’re missing 1 or 2 pieces in my order, I understand that they are busy, I’ve never complained about that. But today, I ordered 30 pieces and all I have is 1 box with 17 pieces. I asked the lady TWICE were it 30 pieces? She confirmed that. They’re missing like a half of my order. Its nonsense that 1 box could fits 30 pieces, and she doesn't know that. I think there is problems with this place. CHECK YOUR BOX BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

The chicken sandwich is verry good. Bread is soft, chicken is big and flavorful spicy sauce is just the right heat and the pickle adds a nice hint of crunchy and tangy. Wait aas not too bad, visited on a Tuesday early evening. Restaurant dining room was a bit messy.

As many have reported, it takes a while to get a meal here. It's a very busy location with a long drive-thru line and a fairly long line at the counter. Still, the wait was not terrible... just a bit long for "fast food".The chicken was Popeye's. That should cover quality. Biscuits... check. My green beans were good, too. The exceptions were my wife's coleslaw and the soda, of all things. The coleslaw was a soupy looking flat layer in the bottom of the cup. Too much liquid and sitting in the cup too long. The soda machine was a mess with something red splashed all over the counter, napkins, and lids. Worse, the orange was probably low on syrup or maladjusted. The restaurant was a mess. The floor was dirty and needed to at least be swept of food scraps paper and such. They really need one more employee as everyone was very busy.The staff was friendly and worked quickly, but just didn't have enough hands. With another person, they would have gotten another star.

This location is consistently slow, with under trained staff, and management that doesn't seem to know how to manage their employees. Last time we were here, their receipt system was down and it was taking 4 times as much time to package meals out because they had to use a screen to get orders and nobody was communicating which order it was they were putting together. I was told to wait 5 minutes before they could take my order; it took them at least 15 minutes. Then, my friend got old sandwiches that were not crispy or warm at all. My food was still good but it was a pain to get it.

Tried the Chicken Sandwich. It was every good.

Popeye's has got that chicken sandwich. Some say it's more addictive than crack. I'll take their word for it.

We waited for more than 15 minutes for them to at least take the order but they didn't even turn to look at us and when someone approached the registers I asked him if he was going to take the order? He told me that he did not even know how, so we left there and I think we will never return, the worst service. They didn’t deserve one star.

Yesterday i went and waited in line for about 30 mins and my order came to $40. After leaving i realized one of my items was missing so i had to wait in the line for another 20-30 mins to get this fixed. Although the manager did fix the issue, i just dont think ill be coming here and waiting this long again

Food is fantastic if a little slow, and they always seem to get some part of our order wrong but they're really good about fixing their mistakes. Nice clean location with plenty of seating. Best "fast food" place in the immediate area.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and cinnamon apple pie. Went to window and paid. Girl comes back and says it's about a 7 minute wait for pie. I can pull over and wait or get the card credited. I wish she knew this before I was charged. I waited only because once I had them " credit" my card... showed up as a new charge. Didnt want to go thru that again.

I will tell you about this particular Popeyes franchise store. When I arrived at 7:45 (for my first time here) the drive through should have been my first warning. When I noticed that it was a split-lane shared drive through with the Mexican restaurant next door. Popularity about this new sandwich made me assume the Popeyes was going to be busy, but I was only 5 cars back from the front. Now when I finally arrive at the microphone to take my order at 8:00, I sit, and No one says a word to me on the other side. People are getting anxious behind me, I have spoken a few times with no response finally I raise my voice a little to see if it was an audio issue, a girl replies with “well be with you shortly.” This was at 8:10. Now the waiting game begins. The girl in the other side did not continue to take my order until 8:25. Though she was very kind and not rushed at all, she had no excuse for taking there sweet time other than “there’s only 3 of us back here” .

I ate at this Popeyes this evening I can't tell you how bad it was there was so much batter on the chicken I almost broke a tooth eating it I I have eaten here in the past but this will be the will be the last time $25.00 for chicken it should be fresh and delicious times are getting tough I will take my money elsewhere Jb

The food is delicious. But, recently every time i go by, they are out of stock on items.The wait last night was over half an hour. Then to find out, they were out of certain food items. I think corporate needs to lend this store a hand.

VERY BAD SERVICE!! 20 MIN WAITING ON DRIVE THRU. AND THEY DON'T HAVE THE CHICKEN. HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 20 MIN. WHO EVER THE MANAGER IS THERE. IS DUMB! DON'T KNOW HOW TO RUN A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. BETTER QUIT FROM YOUR JOB.
